Booking a Service Call

Service for your Xerox machine is supplied directly by Xerox and it is therefore essential that any queries surrounding service are channelled through Xerox.

To book a service call contact the Xerox Welcome Centre on:

What do you need to know prior to calling?

The serial number of the machine, model number and machine fault together with any fault codes displayed on the machine information panel.

Ordering Contract Inclusive Consumables

To order contract inclusive toner and drums etc. for machines covered by a Full Service & Maintenance Contract contact the Xerox Welcome Centre on: 0870 900 5501 (ask for order consumables)

Moving Machines

All business equipment requires specialist handling if it is to be moved or relocated. Xact has a logistics department fully trained and equipped to handle all types of machine moves.

• What can be moved? All office equipment regardless of whether it is Xerox or another brand, from simple inter-departmental moves to more complex site relocation utilising cranes and heavy lifting equipment.
• What additional value can be gained? We are skilled in a wide range of products and can offer retraining to new customers or network connectivity where appropriate. We also offer a ‘refresh’ service to clean and improve the look of all equipment for its onward move.
• How quickly can it be done? Dependent on type of move and whether a site survey is required usually within 72 hours.
• Why should you use a specialist handler to move equipment? If a machine is moved by someone other than Xerox or an authorised Xerox Partner, such as Xact, you risk damage to the equipment which could affect your statutory rights under your warranty or service and maintenance agreement.
